(Princeton, NJ September 1, 2016) Pugliese Properties, a Princeton-based real estate acquisition, development and management company, has announced the purchase of the Village Shoppers I & II Shopping Centers in Montgomery, New Jersey. Pugliese Properties owns the adjacent “Village Shoppes at Montgomery” Shopping Center which was completely redeveloped in 2014. The acquisition will create an 11 acre plaza, located near the intersection of Route 518 and Route 206, in the heart of Montgomery’s shopping district, enhancing the township’s “Shop Local” initiative.
“We look forward to developing and integrating Village Shoppers I & II with the Village Shoppes at Montgomery creating a town center,” said Vincent Pugliese, Chairman of Pugliese Properties. “We are also working closely with Sharbell Development Corporation, coordinating our project with their newest 23 acre residential development.”
