(Princeton, NJ March 27, 2017) Kingston Village Center, located in the heart of downtown historic Kingston, Pennsylvania is now 100% leased. The John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine has opened for business in the final space within the center. The Kingston Village Center is a 25,500 square foot newly redeveloped retail property located on Wyoming Avenue (Route 11) near the Route 309 intersection. The center was previously anchored by Thomas’ Food Market. The redevelopment was a total redesign of the retail facility, including a new façade, storefronts and additional retail space.
The John Heinz Institute joins other tenants in the center including Gertrude Hawk Chocolate Shop, Subway, Dollar General, Budget Blinds, Beijing Restaurant, FNC Bank and Sickler’s Bike and Sport Shop.
“I am pleased the redevelopment of Kingston Village Center attracted a variety of new tenants that compliment the Kingston market,” said Vincent M. Pugliese. “The John Heinz Institute is a welcome addition to the center.”
The John Heinz Institute is a division of Allied Services. Allied Services is a leading provider of healthcare and human services in northeastern Pennsylvania.
