(Princeton, NJ March 27, 2017) Kingston Village Center, located in the heart of downtown historic Kingston, Pennsylvania is now 100% leased. The John Heinz Institute of Rehabilitation Medicine has opened for business in the final space within the center. The Kingston Village Center is a 25,500 square foot newly redeveloped retail property located on Wyoming Avenue (Route 11) near the Route 309 intersection. The center was previously anchored by Thomas’ Food Market. The redevelopment was a total redesign of the retail facility, including a new façade, storefronts and additional retail space.

(Princeton, NJ September 1, 2016) Pugliese Properties, a Princeton-based real estate acquisition, development and management company, has announced the purchase of the Village Shoppers I & II Shopping Centers in Montgomery, New Jersey. Pugliese Properties owns the adjacent “Village Shoppes at Montgomery” Shopping Center which was completely redeveloped in 2014. The acquisition will create an 11 acre plaza, located near the intersection of Route 518 and Route 206, in the heart of Montgomery’s shopping district, enhancing the township’s “Shop Local” initiative.
